This piece is watercolor and colored pencil on 140lb watercolor paper and is unframed. I love combining the two media - the looseness of watercolor with the control and precision of colored pencil. This way I get to experience painting from both sides of my artistic self - the one who wants to play and experiment and the one who wants total control.
